Good programming is paramount regarding achieving your fitness goals. Imagine wanting to travel to Miami but you have no map, orientation, and no vehicle. Good luck getting to Miami. That is how a lack of programming or inadequate programming works when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. You just tread water if you are lucky. I will provide you with programming that is based on your realistic goals with a specific timeline. You will be provided with explanations as to why the programming is designed in a certain manner. The programming will be dynamic, meaning that it can change if issues arise such as training interruptions, injuries etc. My programming is based on sound training principles and evidence-based research.
Online programming for clients who are unable to train in person is also available. These workouts are based on your goals and how often you plan to workout. This encompasses one on one calls/face time with me to discuss your progress along with discussions focused on form and technique. This allows you to continue to train in your fitness facility of choice while utilizing technology to overcome such obstacles as location.
